What do I do if preferred digital gift card is unavailable?

If you've tried to purchase a digital gift card on the Abundantly app, only to find that it's out of stock, don't worry! There are a few steps you can take to resolve this issue and still get the gift card you want.

1. Check back later: If the gift card you want is out of stock, it will be restocked in the future. Abundantly operations agents have a goal to restock every gift card within 3 hours of it selling out. But at minimum, the entire catalog of digital gift cards is restocked every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at close of business. Try to check back on the Abundantly app periodically to see if the gift card has become available again.

2. Choose a different gift card: If the gift card you originally wanted is out of stock, consider selecting a different one. Abundantly offers a wide range of gift cards from various retailers, so there is likely another option that will work just as well.

3. Contact customer service: If you're still having trouble finding the gift card you want, contact Abundantly's customer service team. You can email them at support@abundantly.com. They may be able to provide information about when the gift card will be restocked or offer suggestions for similar gift cards that are currently available.
   

Remember, while it can be frustrating when a digital gift card is out of stock, there are always options available. By following these steps, you'll be able to get the gift card you want and give a great gift to someone special.
